I have booked a 3BHK flat in Tower-7 of Unitech Cascade project in 2006. It was supposed to be handed over in[protected]. I am an NRI and hence difficult to co-ordinate the update. I have paid in full for the flat.
We have visited Kolkata few time and 2 yrs (Dec 2016) back it was still the concrete structure only and there was no sign of any construction activity.

It seems to me that it is clear the developer has stopped working and have no intention of handing over the flats. It is not delay, it is straight forward fraud.

The government does not provide any support or protection to the NRI who invest their hard earn money back home as a means of giving back.

Not sure if the relevant dept of our government will take up this unitech cheating case and give justice to us.
