My namer is rajesh jayantilal kamothi.

I have an fd with unitech having followingh details_
Fdr no: 1208440, account no: 041491, date of deposit 6.03.13, date of maturity: 6.03.2016. Deposit (Renewed) amount: rs. 25, 000/-.

I have already submited original fd receipt to m/s j. M. Financial services ltd on 11.03.2016.

I regret to inform here that, till now i have nor received maturity amount for above referred fd.

Kindly do the needful now, before i take any in the consumer court.
