Hi, I own a flat T-6, 503 in Unitech Horizon. Till now Unitech is maintaining the Maintenance of the flats and charging us maintenance @ Rs 1.95/sqft which amounts to 12438/- per quarter. I had paid all my maintenance on time till last quarter. Last year on 31st March 2015 I filed a complaint of seapage in my flat. After a few days Unitech confirmed to me that the complaint is resolved. However to my surprise when I visited the flat, the problem was persisting. They told me that it will take 2-3 months for the seepage to get dry. However inspite of repeated visits the problem was still the same. All this while I was paying my maintenance on time. Due to seepage issue I could not rent out my flat which costed me at least a loss of 10, 000/- per month + maintenance. Finally I shared the pictures over email in jan 2016 and warned them that I will not pay my maintenance for this quarter till the issue is resolved. They never responded to my emails with an appropriate answer. Finally, they resolved the issue in Feb 2016 and soon after on confirmation I paid the maintenance bill. However they have put an arrear of 10962 + 1476 in the bill for this quarter and asked me to pay 25287/- instead of 12849/-. Please help.
