Hi, I have booked an apartment in Uniworld City – Unitech in 2006. This project was never started by the company & in turn after lot of follow-up they promised swapping my booking to Habitat project & the expected handing over was in 2010. Till date I have neither the apartment in hand nor they return the paid amount. I have paid almost close to 95% of the due amount.
Kindly advise what action can be done against them. What is the role of government departments in this case as how they can protect us & our money against such open loot or government is just the parasites that has the right to take the taxes on each of our paid installments to the builder but in case of problems leave the public high & dry without help.
