UCW was the university I chose to study my dreamed MBA. A dream that took 7 years to come true. Unfortunately, this dream was impacted by the coronavirus and I had to attend online classes. Until then, all right, after all, the whole world was going through this. However, UCW was not only not ready for this kind of online student service, but also treated them with disrespect and causing the 2020 depression to extend into every term we studied. During my time as a student, I had problems with a student coordination that took more than 15 days to answer any question I had. Well, it wasn’t just that, every period of self-registration, errors happened and UCW in turn was not prepared to support. The Registrar Office was composed of humans-beings that did not read emails correctly and only responded with ready-to-copy and paste responses, that is, without support.
I feel ashamed to carry on my resume in my dreamed MBA, the name of an institution that does not know how to do the least of its advertisements, which is to be a support institution for students.
