Star… IMO, even one star is above average for this hospital.

I am not questioning the proficiency of the doctors, they could be excellent but surely not professional.

In brief, my brother got admitted for some TESTs. Doctor suggested to get admitted so that we can go for a cashless facility. After admission, other doctor said “this test is to be performed in a normal routine, not in a rest position, thus come after discharge”. And both these doctors disappeared later.

Another doctor said, NO test can be claimed in Medi-claim. And after one whole day, we were informed that the test is NOT available with the hospital.
So, as a result we moved out next day without the specified test but paid a bill of INR 9000/-.

Supporting staff promised me that they will put up the case to management and will inform me next day and wollah ….NO CALL YET after 3 days.
Hospital has cheated me.
Beware of street dogs and such hospitals.
