Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Shrikant Vijay Wagh, and I am currently employed at Patcham FZC within the Sharjah Safe Zone. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter of fraud perpetrated by Voyage Journeys Travel and Tourism L.L.C, a company operating in Dubai.
Attached to this email, you will find copies of the contract I entered into with Voyage Journeys, as well as transcripts of conversations and emails exchanged with them, detailing the fraudulent activities I have experienced.
In 2023, I entered into a contract with Voyage Journeys wherein I paid 7500 dirhams in exchange for a total of 28 tickets promised over eight years. However, despite fulfilling my end of the agreement, the company has failed to uphold their responsibilities. Instead of providing the agreed number of tickets, they have only issued four tickets for the first year, 2023, and have neglected to provide the remaining tickets, including those for the current year.
Upon contacting Voyage Journeys to rectify the situation, I received nothing but excuses and empty promises. They claimed there was a system error and advised me to book the tickets myself, promising a refund within seven days. However, all attempts to reach them via phone calls and emails have proven fruitless as their contact numbers are no longer in service, and emails are bouncing.
Given the circumstances, I strongly suspect that I have fallen victim to a scam orchestrated by Voyage Journeys Travel & Tourism L.L.C. Their failure to honor our agreement and subsequent disappearance raise serious concerns about their integrity and legitimacy as commercial entities.

I urgently request your intervention in this matter to investigate the activities of Voyage Journeys Travel & Tourism L.L.C and take appropriate action to ensure that justice is served. Not only have I suffered financial losses due to their fraudulent methods, but there may be numerous others who have been similarly deceived.
As a resident living with my family, the financial burden of this situation is particularly challenging for me. Therefore, any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated, not only by myself but also by others affected by this fraudulent company.
