I have ordered a Fossil watch from watchkart.com through Instagram and what I’ve received is a fake, cheap and different product. I have paid 999 in cash to the delivery guy and he left. Now I’m neither being able to return nor ask for a refund as the website is blocked and error is showing while loading the page. Please help me get the refund. The company is a fraudulent one and now I got scammed by them with this fake and different product. I had ordered a Fossil metal band black wrist watch and the product that I have received is shown in the uploaded picture. Kindly, help me resolve this issue and ban this fraudulent company who is looting general people on purpose.
