For my wife’s birthday today, I ordered a cake, bouquets, and a birthday mug! I placed an international order for delivery to Kolkata.
This guy failed to report missing items and failed to deliver the mug.
They mistreated me and kept me on hold for a long time when I tried to report fraud when I called them from overseas.
They are now promising to send the missing item or issue a refund.
Additionally, they claimed to have emailed me regarding the missing item, but that is untrue.
Why did they confirm full delivery when they did not deliver every item and misbehaved when a customer called to report the monkey business is the question I have for them.
The cake and flower were of extremely poor quality.
There is no option to write a review unless they permit it, and they do not request reviews with this kind of nefarious activity.
It demonstrates that it is a component of their business strategy. Only strong delivery is reviewed on the show.
