As per the new government rules there’s a statutory bonus applicable from april 2015. Which we did not receive in the salary. But the company said if you have earned incentive equal to annual statutory bonus in 2015, you won’t get anything. Incentive is something different from statutory bonus. But they included the incentive i earned last year in bonus and did not gave my arrers back. Please look on to this.
