WoW express seems to be worst courier service. I’ve placed an order with Lenskart and delivery expected on 13th August with a message on delivery details. Later, received a message that consignee not available which is false, when there were people at home. 2nd attempt on 14th August provided same status. The delivery person updated false status and putting the fault on consignee whereas no one came to deliver. This is a pure cheating where delivery person in order to avoid a visit updates wrong status for customer. Waiting for 3rd attempt which is today and I’m sure result will be same. Toll Free no. doesn’t work. Dropped an email with no response. Never witnessed such a fraud delivery service. The companies need to check the status before tieing up with such a worst courier service. They will charge but will not provide service. Lenskart has a reputed name but such third party companies will spoil their brand for delayed/No delivery. If they can’t provide courier service, they should have informed customers to collect from their stores. Very Bad Service. WoW express website doesn’t support and provide status using tracking number.
