Dear Sir
I had a courier from WOW EXPRESS. AWB number C0044039036. I have received the item on 23 Dec 2016, Friday @ 2:00 pm. It was COD of amount Rs 899. Since I was not having change I given Rs. 2000. He moved with his vehicle without giving change. While I contacted WOW they are telling Item lost from THIER side. They are not responding to this incident.

And he was moved from there and said will return within 4.30.but after several discussion he have not received my phone and not return the amount…
As a customer I would request to your team kindly help to return of rs.423. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum directly…
