An order was placed to Nykaa to send me two loreal hair colours amounting rs 880 on ,COD.The order No.id
501156675 and your consignment no is NAD 11873018 of 1st instant.The delivery date was 4th instant.No body approached me on 4th.The delivery boy. Stated that the consignee is out of station.I called Nykaa they told that the delivery would be arranged next day.No nobody approached me even today .your delivery boy remarked that consignee has snatched the consignment.This is fraud .I am 70 years old how can I snach any thing .you please look into the matter or I will you co. for defamation.

This is the worst delhivery service ever.When you don’t call the customer who is going to pick up the package how the hell can you say ‘that you attempted to deliver but it was not possible’?The person I have been calling in your customer care doesn’t give a shit.Tells me that it will be done by today.If you make such bold statement that y’all trying to be the best logistic company when y’all can’t even fix your delivery issues.You should read the complaints about poor service and try harder for consumer satisfaction.
such a nonsense company , i ordered from nykaa and i got message from the wow express saying that it has been delivered but i did not get my package , i called them but there is no answer very much annoyed and pissed off about it
I dont understand why the courier boy stated the reason – reciever refused the delivery. When the fact is i was at my address only moreover i didnt recieve any call regarding the product C0109723010 from nykaa. He didnt approach me at all. Now after waiting for whole day to get the parcel am recieving the msg that i refused the parcel and they will send it back to nykaa. Why…. atleast give the customer a call to recieve the package. I want that package as soon as possible. Please look into this matter wow express.
its been 1week i placed the order still i havent recieved.. my tracking is too bad .. nykaa dnt provide this shipments to this type of couriers .. i m upset on this service
Bad servise.i have been order from nykaa date18/9.delivery date was 21/9.still not receive anything.when i am tracking my order its showing receiver was not available.even i didnt receive any call from courier boy .c0109546843 is the AWB no .pls do the needful or else i will cancel the order.
The worst delivery service.Its been more than 1 week still no delivery from Wowexpress.Its just an hour delivery to reach me from where the parcel is currently,still such bad delivery service.Customer support is also very bad,they do not give any correct information and fool the customer by saying delivery will arrive the very day.This has happened for many days now.As a customer I would never recommend WowExpress to anyone neither will I ever use the service again.
