Hi,

I had booked round trip tickets from Chennai-Bengaluru-Chennai (Flight Jetairways for both sectors). Date of departure: Sept. 11, 2016 and return by same day: Sept.11, 2016. My Yatra booking reference no. is 0909615120219. The ticket cost both ways for 2 members is Rs.8526.

Issue:
1) I had used a Yatra promo discount of Rs. 250 while booking the tickets. Due to the ongoing bandh in Karnataka, I had change my plan, so I cannot travel on the above dates. Now when I cancel the tickets even before 12 hrs, because as per Yatra rules, the amount refunded is just Rs.489. That is, i lose more than 8k.

I feel it is very unfair to deduct so much money as the bandh that lead to the cancellation was due to the reason not connected to me.
