I had taken a Plumbing service from Zimmber on 17th Jan-16 for minor leakage in washroom from my flush cistern. The person came did his job and went by taking Rs. 150/-. Within 10 minutes the leakage started again. I called their customer care no 80 8082 4824 again and complained. The same person came did his job and went with Rs 200/-. Now the outer leakage stopped but whole overhead tank water of approx 1000 Lts is draining out from my flush cistern. I again complained to Zimmber for the same through their online chat service and I received a call from Mumbai (+912261404222) also on 21st Jan-16. I narrated the whole story to their executive and she ensured that my problem will be resolved. Again on 24th Jan-16 I received a call again stating the same that the problem will be rectified. Lets see what happens.
