I Booked an online bus ticket on Zing Bus App for my Friend Yogesh Sharma from RK Ashram, Delhi to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The Details of the bookings are given below :-

Passenger reached on time and tried to contact the Marshal but no one responds.
He waited till 11:50 p.m. at Zing Bus lounge.
No one was there to help hip
He was mentally harassed.
Delhi was totally new place for him
After that he booked another ticket from other Travel agency .
I want to complain about the booking I, Nagendra Singh Rao have made from Zing Bus app.
