on 25th March 22 from Mandi to Sonipat PNR ZB220325092542 Zingbus changed my bus itself without my knowledge and convenience even i have not travelled with the change because being a lady , i was not comfortable with the changed bus & its time. I cancelled my booking but money 1114/-not refunded yet. Even I am following too much but no any response from Zingbus services . Very bad staff & Services. Please look in this concern and help me to refund my amount back.
