I had mistakenly made a reservation for a hotel called Urban Inn in Phillipines instead of Bengaluru. I had paid the amount through card and realised that the booking was wrongly done. I had booked the hotel for * nights, I understand it was a non refundable booking, but when not using the service, i could have received a penalty charge and refund the balance amount on cancellation ! There is no customs service number in India and cannot connect to Agoda anyways!
Kindly look into the same and reimburse balance after penalty!
