I have made a booking # 219971551 at Carlton Palace Dubai on a free cancellation option however now when am trying to cancel the same it says you need to call customer services whereas i have tried calling the suport several times but every time had to await 7/8 mins but none picks my call.

would really appreictae if i may be advised a convinient option to reoslve the matter.
