I had made a cancellation of my booking with agoda (booking ID: 204702295) on 22-Oct-17. Even after 26 calender days, my refund has not been processed. My efforts to reach their customer care numbers remained futile as these guys simply hang on you for 8-9 minutes and then disconnect the calls automatically. Emails sent to them also remain unanswered.
