i am using airtel dth. the dth was not working from 10 days. so i contacted the airtel customer care. according to their assigned date the engineer arrives one day late. then he calls and tells me the time of his arrival and arrives very late. when he arrives he says we have to change something. so i agreed on changing the material what he wanted to. then he says it cannot be changed right now as my connection was in warranty. so he assures me of arriving on next day by 10 am and says that he will fix the problem. but he arrives at 12.30 pm next day and tries to do something with the tv and says the material he brought to change is not working. so gaurantees me that he will the material till same afternoon and fix it. then till 7 pm he does not shows up. i tried to to call him and he does not answer my call. so i contacted the service centre then they are saying our another engineer will visit the site tomorrow and see the problem. so will my problem ever get solved or do i have discontinue the connection? and what about my recharge which i have paid? dear airtel we have not sat here to do charity so please dont rob us.
