On April 3, 2024, at the Hotel Park Inn in Raddison, Surat, my family and I, Mehul Shah, attended your membership program.We were invited by company representatives to present the membership program.

A sales representative presented us with three distinct plans: a 10-year, 5-year, and 3-year program. where I expressed interest in enrolling in a three-year EMI hospitality program.

According to sales representative Bhavesh Parmar, his senior Rizwan Ahmed, and Ajay, this plan includes lodging in a 4-star property (studio, bungalow, cottage, or houseboat) for 21 days over the course of three years (which I can gift to a friend or use for the full 21 days at a time by sharing this membership with friends), breakfast and high tea, pick-up and drop, sight-seeing (for the cost of fuel only), and food at a 40% discount.

The fact that they charged me the entire amount at once and at the same time was the thing that worried me in this situation. and didn’t create an EMI for that.

When I brought up this matter with my sales representative, Bhavesh Parmar, he informed me that the bank had rejected my 36-month EMI.

And I ought to visit the bank to make the same request and ask them to convert it to an EMI.

However, this sales executive and his team have depleted my account completely, and they have done so with full knowledge of how to deceive people. They have also never chosen to use the EMI option, and when I have asked for charge slips, online slips, or detailed invoices that include Transaction IDs and Order IDs, they have refused to provide them to me.

Furthermore, all of the promises made by the sales representative at the table were untrue, as the merchant’s customer service refuted them all. Even the tie-up they said was on the table turned out to be untrue.

My goal when purchasing this membership plan was to give my family a nice vacation, but Blue Mountain Resort and Hospitality’s dishonest behavior crushed that dream. which my entire family and I should consider an emotional loss.

I kindly ask that you address this matter positively as soon as possible.
