I’m writing to inquire further about the pressing issue I brought up in my membership agreement complaint. I’m sending this message again because your team hasn’t acknowledged me.

As I have already stated, I am really dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of communication and service I have received so far. I have not received a response from you guys as of yet.

In summary, my membership ID is M2734, and I have had major issues with the booking process, destination restrictions, and unforeseen costs like GST and annual maintenance fees.

In addition to being inconvenient, these differences run counter to the terms and conditions that were first discussed during the agreement process.

I have no choice but to ask for a refund for the services that were promised but not provided, considering how serious these problems are and how you guys have not responded.

Please give this top priority and get back to me as soon as possible. I don’t want to pressure myself into filing a lawsuit against you.
I’m hoping for at least a response of acknowledgement from you all.
