I had booked a flight through City Bookers – Kuwait to travel from Dubai To India & back. I flew to India on 1st May, 2018 and the return flight was for 8th May, 2018. Unfortunately – I had some Visa issues, so I had reschedule the flight. I contacted this agency 12 times from India, none of them answered the calls. So, I left them an email asking for help to reschedule the flight, they didn’t answer to the email. I was running short of time, so I called up Airlines & re-scheduled the ticket to 12th May, 2018. My bad, my Visa didn’t come until 9th evening, so I tried calling City Bookers to cancel my 12th May ticket and again they didn’t answer. So, I called up the Airlines & they helped me cancelling the ticket.
The Airlines said the refund will go back to City Bookers because the initial ticket was booked through them. Today its more than 60 days, I been running after this inefficient & irresponsible agency to claim for the refund. The Airlines wants this unprofessional agency to contact them, to arrange for the refund and this weird agency doesn’t want to contact the Airlines. Have attached a screenshot of the last conversation. Please do not deal with this agency, they’re very unprofessional, inefficient & not trustworthy at all.
