I had done an online booking via City Bookers .com on 28-11-2017. The amount from my credit card is deducted for the 2 way ticket going from Abudhabi to Mumbai and return. Going on the 18th December and return on 28th december 2017. There was no ticket number so i went to the Air India Office in Abudhabi and they have told me this is just a booking with no ticket number and deadline till 2nd December. We need to issue the ticket. I want to know that when i have paid the amount of KW. 99.04, how is the ticket not issued, Is this site genuine.
