Had booked a flight ticket through City Bookers, and had to change to date. I tried contacting them from India almost 12 times, none of them answered so left an email, they didn’t reply.
So I contacted Air India directly and got the dates changed. Again I had to cancel the same ticket so got it cancelled by calling Airlines. Now this agency doesn’t want to pay me the refund and the Airlines wants this agency to contact them to claim for a refund.
