I have booked a ticket with citybookers on 10.04.19 and got an email that there was a technical fault at the booking and my booking has been cancelled – I would get a refund in 7 – 15 days – today, after 39 days, there is still no refund on my account. How can I get the refund of the money spend?? Which Authorities I have to contacts?
