I had taken a tour European while summer 2 on August 15 for 12 days.I had trusted the company and booked my tour at a total cost of Rs 2,74,020 on single occupancy.During the tour on enquiring from others I came to understand that the company has charged me Rs. 24000 more.I had taken it up with company and they have turned down my request on unjustifiable grounds.
