Really bad service that I received from 2 agents working with this company.. one of them I was asking him about the extrat charge that I have, he didnt even knows from where this extra, i called to discover why they charge me more what I’m paying every months and he didn’t do any effort to check really unprofessional.. his name Aamar
And the second one he keept me on hold more than 15 min . In the end he asked me to close this line and call an other agent !!! And when I requested for the main office number he said that he don’t know he need to check the system !!! His name 3alae !!!
