good Afternoon.

my name is Wasim I am Etisalat customer for a long time, recently I made a new contract for iPhone x with a new plan last January, 7 and I suppose to receive the phone after 4 days as per the agent instruct me but unfortunately until now I didn’t receive and I keep call the customer service to assist me but nothing happened, my complain number is 33059909, personaly I went 3 times to the dragon mart2 where I made the deal and talked to the agent and he sends the twice follow up but nothing happened, today I went to the store again to ask for the manager or the person on charge they said no in charge person for the place because she went out I ask the team there to call her she said let him wait for 1 hour its not good all that I want its give the phone or cancel the deal all.
