i have been requesting to cancel my account number. etisalat service on this issue is very poor. my first request.. the agent told me to wait 3days for a confirmation call for my request – NOBODY called. i made a request again,
they updated my info and i was told to wait 48hrs, still NOTHING happens. i tried to send email to [email protected], they will have an automatic reply to wait for 5days. today is my 10th day of waiting. hopefully Etisalat will improve their service.
