I am being denied a refund for a service which was clearly not given to me. I recharged my account with 820.10 rupees on 10th march 2018. From that day till today(16th march 2018) internet is not working and no serviceman came to rectify it even after multiple complaints and calls from my side.Now when i am politely asking for a refund i am being denied for the same. All i want is a refund so that i can discontinue my services with them.
