Internet service provider Excitel has not been providing me with services last in November (nov 2020) I paid for the services for the next 9 months in january this year (jan 2021) they stopped providing me services each time i call them they tell me your issue will be resolved in 48 hours we are assigning it to some team finally in march end the local vendor told me he can’t provide me the services and since then he isn’t picking up his phone I have sent Excitel about 100 emails but they did not respond to a single one of them if I call their customer support they tell me they will resolve it in 48 hours but they can’t refund my money then the next week they will call me 5-6 times then i have to explain my problem from the start only to get the reply we will resolve it in 48 hours we have assigned it to a team this has really become a harassment what should i do ?
