On customer Care no. and website there is 799/- pack and 500 installation charges for Excitel Broadband. Then, i received call from local area distributor. He said he will take 250/- extra along with 799/- and 500/-. I asked the reason so he gave me stupid reasons. I called again on Customer Care but no satisfactory response from them and they also do not have accurate information. They put the call on hold for a long time and transfer calls from different departments. Fraud company. Asked for extra money for no reason. No transparency.
