I have installed excital internet connection in January month and I pay 1 year advance rental and still after 4 month my connection not working and even they are not provide services and not giving refund my money what should i do in this case I have many complaints in their customers care and their tweeter and Facebook and they give time but never resolve my problem and every time they close my tickets without confirmation and I am frustrated to reopen complained please help me to refund my money
