Very unpleasant, unprofessional experience with #FlipkartFail, I had ordered Nothing phone2 and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th October. But till Nov1 I hadn’t gotten any calls from the delivery guy, and the number provided by #flipkart wasn’t responding to my calls. As per the updated order status, my order will be delivered by Nov1. Suddenly on Nov1st night, I had got notification that my order got cancelled. I contacted customer care who also couldn’t justify the reason behind cancellation. This is the condition of #flipkart customer service.
