I ordered on valentine day and i was promised that it will be delivered within 3-4 hours but no one came to deliver the gift.
I called and they said that we tried delivering the order but no one answered my phone. We checked with the security officers on the main gate but no one delivered. My girl-friend has enough network access to answer anyone’s call and they said they could not reach her due to network. Now they are not willing to refund and i see ample of negative reviews.
