I purchased a round-trip ticket from goibibo for my November 17–20 trip to Delhi–Kushinagar and Kushinagar–Delhi.
Spicejet cancelled and rescheduled several times. I therefore selected a different sector for the same date: Delhi-Gorakhpur and Gorakhpur-Delhi.
I ultimately had to cancel due to too many schedule changes, and Spicejet gave GOIBIBO a complete refund (I have the airline’s confirmation for this).
These people refused to give me my money, even after I called them six or eight times. I canceled my flight ten days ago, but I still haven’t gotten my refund for PNR-W6124B and PNR UDZ8JZ.
The customer service agent informed me that the airline had made a refund to GOIBIBO, but I haven’t received any of these PNR refunds, totaling INR 10846.Nothing has been done.
A few of their representatives claim to have refunded money to goCash, while others state that the process was completed successfully and that the airline has not issued a refund. I don’t think I have any chance of getting my money back from these scammers.
Please take appropriate action against them. These are scammers who attempt to steal from people, pocket their money, and then refuse to return the money.
Their delegates are ignorant and foolish. offer illusory hope and don’t even file a complaint. Since they don’t even have a support email address, nobody can complain.
