I have tried to get a resolution from Goibibo for the past 2 weeks. I have not received a refund for Rs 6500 . I have shared my account statement multiple times and yet received nothing. This is unacceptable, the customer service is horrible, each time I contact I am asked to wait 48 to 72 hours. I just cannot accept this anymore. On top of that everytime I write an email asking for an update, I receive a forwarded response from your team. How can you treat your customers this way?
