I booked a hotel for 18th November and paid it in advance, when I reached at hotel, the owner denied the booking, when I had a word earlier with customer support they said they will refund me, Now they are not answering, disconnecting the calls and also putting on long hold. it has been so long they have been avoiding all sort of communication
