Complaint is raise regarding the non refund of the irctc cancelled train. IRCTC transferred the massage about to collect the cancelled train refund from your travel company.
Its a 9th day today still no refund from the Goibio which is not acceptable for such an well known company.
Trying to call the customer care as no response their team.
