ISSUE- REFUND DELAYED

I have booked a ticket Delhi to Dehradun for travel date 24 march. The ticket was cancelled by airline and the refund should have been issued to me. But they are not responding and when they do once in a blue moon , they tell me to check with airline. Whereas airline has provided me a email showing that the refund was made to agency and they are the one holding it.
Goibibo assured me that u will get refund within 15 days but more than 25 days have passed and they didn’t refund my money. I am very concerned about this but no body is helping me. This is humble request to you.
Please help me I ll be thankful to you.
