Goibibo – Refund not receiving

I have booked the tickets from Goibibo and the flight got cancelled. I was following up with the airline, they have released the refund to Goibibo on 2/10/2023 and I have yet not received the refund. Request to process the refund at the earliest as it is a lot of follow ups that we are doing

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Goibibo.

    I have checked the “My Bookings” section and found no update regarding the refund status. I also contacted the airline, and they confirmed that the refund has been processed from their end.
    I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and process the refund at the earliest. Please confirm the refund status and provide a transaction reference if already initiated.
    If I do not receive a resolution within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through consumer grievance platforms and social media.
