We wish to inform you that regarding our goibibo booking no HTLXYVPXMB for hotel Radisson shimla on 13.01.2017 check in & 14.01.2017 checkout & second booking no HTL7AMH7AT for hotel White Ridge shimla kufri on 14.01.2017 check in & 15.01.2017 check out in . We are your valuable customer we are always booked all my hotels & flights with goibibo with registerted our pnone number 9215650618 & 9215650621 . Now we want cancellation of our both hotels due to -5 degree temperature in shimla , all roads are blocked ,water supply stop & electricity not available for a one week . We have already informed goibibo team through contact no 9215650618 that we are going with our family so we have required all basic amenities in hotel but hotel team & goibibo team not confirm till date. We have registered complaint number 6994828 & 6993048 in your goibibo desk for prior 72 hours before but till time & till date there is no solution. In our above concern many of your team members are involved but all are in vain. First We have informed Mr. Subham (Executive), Mr. Atul (Executive) , Mr. Harish Singh ( Supervisior) & Mr Kahniya Parsad ( Manager) . Now we are requested to cancelled our both hotel Bookings & refund our payment otherwise we will go for court. Kindly revert the same.
