I had ordered a food item at 8 pm.Delivery time was 9.15.I waited till 11 but the food never arrived.The customer care representatives kept telling me that the delivery executive is on its way but he never arrived.There are no contact numbers available.This has happened before also.And, the same thing has happened with my friends.An in the app, it showed that order has got delivered when it did not come at all.It is an absolutely fraud company with ridiculous service.Strict actions should be taken against this company immediately
