Order Placed 10th Dec, delivery slot 13:00. At 14:00 hours we contacted customer care as it was not delivered. We got foolish answer that there as server problem hence not delivered. Next come another height of shameful step, someone contact us at 17:00 hours for the order we booked at 13:00 hours and asked where this order needs to be delivered. We were already frustrated so told him to keep that order with him as food ordered as morning might have rotten and that person also told yes it might have. So GORB, you need to serious improve your service and infrastructure if you want to set-up business here.
