On 12th January I placed order by 8pm and in delivery status it was displaying that order will get delivered by 9:15. I waited for order UpTo 9:30 then I called horn customer care. They told bcoz of some technical issues your order is delayed by half an hour. But I didn’t received order by 10:00pm also. I wanted till 10:15pm they told same story. Likewise I called them till 11:30pm n then their customer care also out of coverage area. In this type I didn’t received my ordered food. They don’t give refund also.order delivered status still it is showing that food is under process. Non sense facilities
