My name is Daman Preet Singh and I am from Ludhiana, Punjab India . Through this email I am requesting you to kindly help me to get my money back from travel agency called Gotogate . I have booked airline tickets in july 2022 through Gotogate company for Malaysia with family and my airline was airasia airlines . I have paid 107072/- inr for this . Confirmation Order number: LPS3TV, Booking references: Flight: NCZ6U.
Due to medical emergency I have cancelled my trip and provided medicals proof to airasia . In July 2023 airasia airlines refunded my money to gotogate company because my booking was made through this travel agency . It is mentioned in Gotogate website that they have received my refund. But still I am waiting for my refund . Everytime I tried to contact them they always said that kindly wait for the refund. Since July 2023 I am waiting to get my refund back from gotogate company . I am also Sharing the screenshot of refund received by this travel agency. I have contacted them many times for my refund. So It is my humble request that kindly help me to get my issue resolve.
