I saw the advertisement of the above mentioned phone on Homeshop 18 and ordered it. What I received, was a product with defected front camera, display and receiver. Within 3 hours of finding the faults on the same day, I called their helpline and informed them about. Instead of being reliable, they suggested me to go to the service centre. Though, I went there only to find that the phone had a permanent manufacturing defect. After contacting the customer service again, they told me to call the manufacturer and straight away refused to provide me any replacement or refund. It has been 3 days since I got the defected product and whenever I call them I got just one answer that is to call the manufaturer. I contacted manufacturer as well, they told me to ask for the replacement from the Homeshop 18.
