I placed order for mobile model HTC Desire 826 on 13.8.15 after seeing advertisement in newspaper & the website of HTC that mobile is CDMA-GSM through Paytm. But I had doubt that mobile may be GSM-GSM so I mailed Paytm on 14.8.15 that if mobile is not CDMA-GSM then cancel the order I placed to them but they send the mobile. When I checked the mobile it was GSM-GSM. I again contacted Paytm for exchange of mobile sometimes they say they are considering the complaint and the same time they say it’s not their policy to exchange the mobile. Please help, this mobile is not useful for me & why should I get punished due to mistake of HTC & PAYTM.
